Return Policy

The team works hard to give our clients with the best possible service when it comes to our return services. We provide a 30-day product guarantee to ensure that our clients are completely happy with the product(s) they purchase from us. will reimburse the whole money, excluding the cost of postage, if the item is returned in its original condition and packaging within 30 days of delivery. In the case of a shipment mistake on the part of, will cover the cost of returning the wrong or damaged goods to you. Customers can anticipate to get their refund within 2-4 weeks after submitting their request. This time frame estimate takes into account the shipment transit time back to our corporate location, an authorization check, and the time it takes to complete your refund. Refunds are only granted in the form of the payment method that was used to make the purchase. Customers who have received an inaccurate or faulty item as a result of a mistake on our side and would like to obtain a replacement will be reimbursed for the return shipping costs of the wrong item and will be sent to them utilising upgraded shipping methods. To cancel a subscription, you must provide 30 days notice in writing. There are no refunds for subscriptions.
Electronic Delivery - will run the product/license key via manufacturer verification to ensure that the product has not been activated or tampered with before it is sent to the customer electronically. will reimburse the purchase price of the software to the original form of payment after the verification procedure is complete and the product has passed the test.

If an order for an Open License has been submitted for distribution or has been fulfilled, may levy a 15% restocking fee on the order.

• Retail Licenses - has the right to levy a 15% restocking fee on retail orders that have been successfully completed.

When an order for Anti-Virus software has been completed, may levy a restocking fee of up to 25% of the purchase price.

• Retail Boxes - has the right to levy a 15% restocking fee on retail boxes that have already been fulfilled. It is impossible for us to resell or refund an item after it has been activated by the customer. In the event of a damaged goods, the retailer will decide whether or not to replace it.





o a. The duration and termination of the agreement. This agreement shall be in force until the earlier of your Subscription's expiry, cancellation, or renewal, or the earlier of the above.

o b. Cancellation of the subscription. While you have the option of terminating a Subscription at any point during the Term of the Subscription, you must pay all monies due and owing before the termination is effective.

o I A one-month subscription is available. There is no cancellation charge for a one-month Term Subscription. You may cancel your Subscription at any time.

o (ii) Subscriptions that are longer than one month in length. In the event that you cancel a Subscription within 30 days of the date on which it became effective or was renewed, there will be no refunds issued, and you will be required to pay for the first 30 days of the Subscription; however, there will be no further payments required for the remainder of the terminated Subscription. Any other time during the term of a Subscription or Services, you will be responsible for the full amount of the remaining Term, and no refunds will be issued.

• Subscriptions to online services or other subscriptions All other Subscriptions are subject to early termination fees equal to one month's Subscription fee, and you will receive a store credit for any portion of the Subscription fee you have paid for the remainder of the Term; provided, however, that no refunds will be provided for partially unused months if you terminate your Subscription before the end of the Term.

o Suspension of operations. We may suspend your use of the Online Services if we believe that doing so is necessary to prevent unauthorised access to Customer Data; (2) you fail to respond to a claim of alleged infringement under Section 5 within a reasonable time; (3) you do not pay amounts due under this agreement; (4) you do not abide by the Acceptable Use Policy or you violate other terms of this agreement; or (5) for Limited Offerings, the Subscription becomes inactive due to your failure to access the OLS during the time period specified in Section If one or more of the following criteria are met, the following results:

o In the case of Limited Offerings, we have the right to stop your access to the Online Services, your Subscription, and your account instantly and without prior notice to you.

o For all other Subscriptions, a suspension will be applied to the bare minimum of Online Services required to meet the condition or need, and will be in force only as long as the condition or need remains. We shall offer notice before suspending service, unless we have a reasonable belief that we must stop service immediately. In the event of non-payment, we shall offer at least 30 days' warning before stopping service. If you do not properly resolve the grounds for the suspension within 60 days of our suspending your Subscription, we may terminate your Subscription and erase your Customer Data without any notice or notice period to you. Our team may also decide to cancel your Subscription if you are suspended from using the Online Services more than twice in a 12-month period.

Shipping Policy

It is possible for us to ship to almost any location in the globe. Please keep in mind that certain items are subject to limitations, and that some products cannot be transported to overseas locations.


Whether an order is made online or via our customer service department, the expected delivery time period will be determined according to a variety of criteria, including the location of the item, shipping method selected, and the time the order was placed.

Most goods are sent the same day they are ordered; nevertheless, the following are the projected processing and delivery times for each shipping option:

• Ground shipping requires 1-2 days of processing time. Delivery will take between 4 and 10 business days.

• Express Saver: Processing time is 1-2 business days. Delivery will take between 2 and 3 business days.

• Standard Overnight: 1-2 business days for processing. Delivery will take place on the next business day.
